Click the loaded text icon anywhere on the
page. Now you have added, "adjust
layout" to your Index. Similarly you can add other
words.
Indexes and
Pagination
The Sort Pages feature can be activated
from the Layout menu. This feature allows you to re-order
the pages in your document. This can be easily done by dragging
the page thumbnail images around, within the window. Changing
the order of pages does not alter the text in a story. The
story remains intact even though text objects may have moved
to different pages.
Using The Find
Feature
Using the find and change feature, you can
search for specific occurrences of a word or group of words.
Once you find what you're looking for, then PageMaker automatically
changes it to the selected option. The find and the change
dialog boxes can be activated from the Utilities menu.
