In the New Master Page
dialog box enter the name as "content".
Select the option "One page".
Click OK.
The New Master Page is added to the document.
Headers and Footers
Headers are text or graphics, which are
located above the top margin and below the bottom margin in
case of footer. They are used to display information about
a page such as chapter title or page numbers, current date
and time of publication or revision date
