PageMaker can export text in several file
formats, listed in the Export dialog box. The formats listed
are used by other applications, which retain the type specifications,
indents, and tabs set in your document. In addition to the
already listed export formats PageMaker files can be exported
in either RTF (Rich text format) or DCA/RFT format. Rich Text
Format retains the most formatting. If your word-processing
application doesn't support these formats, use the text-only (ASCII) format.
Exporting Text
Click on the text frame.
Click File.
Select Export.
