The Print Document
dialog box appears on the screen. Enter 2 in copies dialog box.
In Pages option
radio buttons, select Ranges.
Enter 1-5 in the Ranges dialog box.
Click Options.
Select reduce to fit radio button to fit
your document to the page size.
